Following the research on relevant projects results and their analysis, the LATEST Project partners, will organize two webinars:
1st Webinar with EU projects will be held in April 2022
2nd Webinar with EU projects will be held in June 2022
These 2 webinars organized by BOKU will serve to explore the evidence on how transformation to more sustainable and innovative smart agriculture provides new solutions in technologies and approaches as response to climate change. Furthermore, the webinars will show the importance and needs in more flexible learning paths and inclusive education for all as well as the need of implementation of new approaches such as micro-credentials for validation these learning outcomes.
The purpose of these webinars will be to:
Share knowledge and best practices
Identify innovation gaps in agriculture, needs in up/re-skilling and additional competences
Create synergies among similar projects related to LATEST
Increase collaboration between diverse stakeholders, education and target groups
The LATEST consortium will present the PR2 results based on PR2 surveys (conducted on the lead of BOKU with the contribution of the other LATEST partner) and a panel discussion will be set up. All participants will be welcomed to contribute with questions and comments.
UniLaSalle/University of Hohenheim will invite expertise from industry and education sector to present knowledge and to share best practices of innovative approaches and technologies in agriculture regarding mitigation of climate change.
BOKU will bring expertise from lifelong Learning field and will present innovative pedagogical approaches such as micro-credentials.
