The event, held on the UniLaSalle campus in Beauvais on May 30, 2024, brought together 7 participants, including 3 from outside UniLaSalle: a professor and farmer from UniLaSalle, two professionals from the agricultural machinery sector (KHUN and AGCO MASSEY FERGUSON), and an agricultural technology manager. The goal of the event was to exchange views on the skills required for precision agriculture and anticipate future developments.

The session began with a presentation of the PR4 survey results, followed by a focus group workshop. The discussions were lively and dynamic, allowing each participant to contribute valuable insights. A consensus emerged on the need to constantly adapt skills in IT and data management to support the transition to digital agriculture. The specialization of roles between technology developers and users was highlighted as essential.

The discussions were highly enriching and constructive, with all participants actively contributing, making the session a productive and inspiring experience for the organizing team.
