Transnational Project Meeting 2
After an online launch (divided into 3 thematic meetings), the LATEST consortium finally met in person from May 9 to 10, 2022. The 3 team members from the University of Hohenheim (Stuttgart, Germany) hosted 9 consortium members during the second transnational meeting of the LATEST project. During this two-day meeting, the consortium used the LATEST project logo for the first time, which reflects the essence of the project through its shape and color.
Day 1 – Transnational Project Meeting at UHOH (May 9, 2022):
- 9:00-10:00: Welcome presentation and roundtable, followed by a visit to the institute (Stefan UHOH).
- 10:30-11:00: GANTT chart overview – the project plan and current progress (Simon/Anne ULS).
- 11:00-15:25: PR1 – Review and collection of work (Maria UHOH), with a one-hour lunch break.
- 15:40-16:40: PR2 – Review and collection of work.
- 16:45-17:55: PR3 – Presentation of competency and skill matrices.
- 18:00-19:00: PR8 – Presentation (=WP4 – Cross-cutting – Educational Transition).
Day 2 – Transnational Project Meeting at UHOH (May 10, 2022):
- 8:00-9:30: Group photo.
- 9:30-10:30: PR4/PR5 presentation and planning of contribution time (UNIUD).
- 10:30-11:00: Workshop on the LATEST glossary.
- 11:00-11:30: PR10 – Communication, dissemination, and exploitation of LATEST project results.
- 11:30-12:30: Summary of Day 1 and GANTT chart update.
This face-to-face meeting provided an opportunity for the consortium to review progress, align on future steps, and strengthen collaboration among partners.
