Fifth Deliverable - PR5
Selection of best tools for teaching on agrotechnologies
PR5 evaluates the optimal tools for teaching agrotechnologies, focusing on infrastructure, digital platforms, and teaching methods among project partners. It highlights the robustness of partners’ IT systems, including wired and wireless connections, access to Eduroam, and the availability of computers. Online learning and videoconferencing platforms are widely used for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs, as well as for lifelong learning. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of online learning, while revealing issues with initial preparedness and network reliability. Regarding teaching methods, approaches such as case studies and team-based learning are used, with plans to further develop them. The study’s findings indicate that there are no major infrastructure barriers to implementing distributed, competency-based teaching modules, and that collaboration and standardization between institutions can be improved.
