Development of micro-credential contents
PR9 has developed guidelines and frameworks for open access content and micro-credentials in the agricultural sector, aiming to address the skills gap in agroecology, agronomy, and agrotechnology. The project identifies necessary skills and creates flexible, learner-centered educational formats. Task 9.1 analyzed the needs of target groups to inform the development of guidelines for open access content, focusing on the validation of informal and non-formal learning to ensure educational offerings align with labor market demands and support lifelong learning. Task 9.2 created a framework for micro-credentials to facilitate skill development and reskilling in agriculture. It focuses on the ongoing development of micro-credentials in partner institutions to strengthen university connections while addressing the need for relevant training in precision agriculture.
