An analysis of 70 training programs was presented, emphasizing the importance of peer learning, and the publication of the results on the project website was approved. A mapping of 16 Erasmus projects was shared, with a table showing their alignment with the objectives of the LATEST project, and a presentation at the EUCAN conference in May 2024 was scheduled. The analysis of 189 modules identified 9 pedagogical clusters linking skills and teaching methods, while preliminary results from surveys on long-term required skills were discussed, focusing on three groups: farmers, suppliers, and technology developers. Partners were informed about deadlines for finalizing annual timesheets and the website update planned for December.
The protocol for the focus groups must be finalized by UniUd by mid-December 2023, and Marco is responsible for preparing a summary table of the sessions by the end of December 2023. Rectors need to be involved in the LATEST Master’s program to ensure institutional support, and the integration of innovative teaching methods was confirmed. Each partner must submit their 2022-2023 timesheets for review before the end of November, and deliverables PR1 to PR4 will continue to guide the design of the common program.
