On October 21, the deliverables for PR7, PR4, PR5, and PR6 were presented, with a request for any final additions. Site visits were conducted to the Apex site and the Agro-Meca platform. The discussion focused on the final report, administrative aspects, defining the post-LAST phase, and planning for future projects.

On October 22, workshops were held to finalize the deliverables and review the multiplier events. The objectives for the next project were defined using SMART goals, and teams were assigned. Communication and dissemination of results were also discussed.
