ULS organized an online kick-off meeting, divided into three thematic sessions, due to travel restrictions for consortium members.

The first meeting, held on December 1, 2021, gathered 18 participants and included:

• A roundtable to introduce the consortium.
• A presentation on the origins of the LATEST project and an overview of the GANTT chart and project outcomes (the project started in November 2021).
• Presentations on WP1 (benchmarking existing training programs and related initiatives) and WP2 (prospective analysis of labor market demand and stakeholders).

The second meeting, on December 7, 2021, had 13 participants (main contacts only) and covered:

• A presentation on budget items.
• An overview of the GANTT chart and remaining project results.
• WP1 (benchmarking training programs), WP3 (testing contents and developing the curriculum), and WP4 (transition in education).
• A session on budget reporting for intellectual outcomes and other project activities.

The third meeting, on December 10, 2021, with 14 participants, focused on:

• Project management, including the Erasmus+ grant agreement and the project lifecycle.
• Budget reporting and the organization of communication, dissemination, and events.

These meetings were crucial in aligning the consortium’s goals, milestones, and budgeting strategies.
